Until May of 2009, the Faceys owned Xtreme Performance Center, one of Colorado's largest and most well respected powersports dealerships. Unfortunately, Donavon's wife Mindy was diagnosed with leukemia in October of 2008 and the combination of the recession and Mindy's illness necessitated closing the dealerships. However, Mindy is doing well and Donavon is excited to still be in the Klim business. Xtreme was one of Klim's earliest dealerships and sold literally millions of dollars in Klim product, so you won't find anybody more committed or well versed about Klim's superior products. Xtreme's long-time commitment to great customer service is well known in the industry and continues with buyklim.com. Return Policy
buyklim.com offers a fourteen (14) day customer satisfaction guarantee on new and non-clearance items. Customers may return any new and non-clearance item within 14 days from the delivery of the merchandise as long as it is in original condition with tags and packaging. The items being returned must be shipped back through UPS, Fedex or the U.S. Post Office including being registered/insured at the customer’s expense. All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations, or wear. Customers will receive a refund for the full amount of the items excluding the original shipping expense (if items were shipped free, the actual amount of shipping expense will be deducted from refund). Credit card purchases will be electronically credited from buyklim.com to your account within 5 days of return receipt. Other payments or refunds will be issued by corporate check within 5 business days. Exchanges will be processed similar to returns. Any balance owed will be refunded within 5 business days. Clearance items (those items being sold below Klim's retail price) do not qualify for any returns or exchanges.

Warranty
Klim products are warrantied by Klim Aggressive Sled Wear and they will be happy to address any issues directly.
Klim's Stated Warranty: "We warrant every product we make to be free of manufacturer defects. Should you have a warranty issue, return the item to us. We will repair it or replace all valid warranty items. Please clean your product before returning it to us or cleaning charges must be assessed before review can be made. We don't like stinky products. Normal wear and tear, modifications, alterations, alterations, negligence, damage and use for a purpose other than for which it was deisgned, are not covered by Klim's warranty."

Orders are processed on a first come, first ship basis. Items that are in stock will be shipped within two business days of confirmation of your order. In the event an item is out of stock, the customer will be contacted and informed. Customer will be notified of any delays via e-mail. All packages will be shipped via UPS, Fedex or US Mail. All deliveries must be made to the billing address on file with the applicable credit card company. All items shipped from buyklim.com are insured for full value until delivery to your location. Once delivered to your location you are solely responsible for the merchandise. You agree to accept any loss or damage to the merchandise, whether caused by you or by another, or by any other known or unknown cause, and whether or not such cause is under your control, from and after the point of delivery to your location and up to and including the return to and receipt by buyklim.com of the merchandise in its original condition.
